I think the docs should write about the product, not "the docs". Both "The manual" and "Boldly Read What No Dev Has Read Before" seems off-topic to me. Like, is "The manual" a concept within "warp drive" itself, or just referring to itself? I dont want to read docs, I want to understand warp-drive!

No, I was more thinking that real world examples of the new patterns that were unlocked by Discourse could be a powerful part of the Story of Polaris. Like short anecdotes of before/after.

Oh,I agree! Also – I'm curious to know more about these new patterns! Would fit as a very refreshing blog post:)

Thanks for the thread.

I am particularly stoked about the story of “reducing the scope” of Ember. Such a promise makes investing in emberjs more timeless.

Octane brought a very good feeling in this regard. Polaris likewise, esp. by enabling to remove a lot of ember-specific addons.

Thanks!: Is WD mostly meant for more complex data relationships, or does it also shine on caching simple / “flat” data like csv/time series? Also How does WDs approach differ from other state/caching libraries like Apollo?
