Did WotC ever publicly explain (or imply) why there were no Commander precon decks for Spider-Man?

When I start building a new #Commander deck on @moxfield.com, I try to give it an appropriate name, but also challenge myself to go with the most ridiculous/impulsive thing that comes to mind.

Yesterday I attempted to build a no-proxy bracket 3 #Commander deck and discovered I currently own zero copies of either Glacial Fortress or Celestial Colonnade.
