ICYMI: Last week @reuters.com published two investigations of problems plaguing the global system aimed at preventing famines. The first is a global overview ofhow conflict is hobbling the IPC, a tiny global hunger monitor that helps direct billions in aid annually. www.reuters.com/investigates...
A vast global system exists to prevent famine. It's failing.
The IPC is meant to sound alarms that direct food aid to crisis spots. But the watchdog struggles to operate in areas of conflict – the main driver of hunger.

No OK court or AG opinion says canceling regular meeting requires 10-days notice. Such a requirement would be problematic. Scheduling special meeting isn't the same as rescheduling regular meeting, which needs 10-days notice. kfor.com/news/local/d... @foiok.bsky.social
