She’s probably as terrible as he is though. Wealthy American-Indian families are sometimes far more racist than even confederate flag waivers. Dinesh D’Souza and Kash Patel are not uncommon outliers.

Younger candidates need to step up and run. There’s a reason there’s a bunch of boomers that have been in Congress since the early 1970s. They quit telling others to do stuff and did it themselves. Joe Biden was elected to the senate at age 30.

The best thing progressives can do to make this happen is have a progressive candidate that isn’t 83 years old step up and run and win the primaries. If a progressive gets a majority of the national vote, they will obviously have a mandate from democratic voters nationwide.

Being financially successful has a lot more to do with being able to do one thing well that people will pay you to do than it does about being smart.

Who was the candidate that progressives wanted? I didn’t see any viable candidates stepping up from the progressive left even when it was assumed Biden wouldn’t run again. There’s still not anybody other than AOC who wasn’t eligible in 2024.

Also the theme of the Ten Commandments is slavery is bad. That’s not a popular sentiment among Christian nationalists lately.
