I've played in a skeeball league for 4 years and the answer is cornhole by an absolutely massive margin. If someone hits 4 out of 9 100's (top corner shots) in a round that's incredibly good, I think the most I've ever seen is 6.

A few years ago the Illinois Supreme Court changed the rule to allow cell phones into the courthouse for this exact reason - county courts can now only ban them if they provide free storage.
