Awesome - these are the best ones and easy to google: the iconic bus station, the railroad tracks (John's Track Inn is gone alas), East 9th St Pier, and the fast food stand where Eva works. But the last one, the East Coast Original Custard stand in Parma Heights, is closed for the winter

Agree with the sentiment for a Soule statue. As for where he's buried - Riverside Cemetery - that is one of my favorite places in Denver. The cemetery may be poorly tended, but somehow that adds to its always deserted, windblown, frontier-ish atmosphere (if you ignore the next door Suncor plant ha)
