Respectfully, we (defenders and admirers of democracy), should be more magnanimous to these people, who can realize their mistake and own it, rather than the “I told you so” finger-wagging. We need them for the mid-terms and it should be a priority to put their stories out there

I’m not just mad. I’m incredulous. How dare they? I am going to spend a not insignificant amount of time trying to speak to somebody in charge at Resorts World to understand the level of ineptitude shown. I’ll also never drop another dime at a Hilton property.

I mean…..if I shat the bed for three straight days at my job and didn’t have a plan to “get clean,” I’d be fucking fired. But the leadership at Hilton just chose to shrug their shoulders and ruin people’s weekend. Amazing lack of concern for their customers and an abject level of service.

ON TUESDAY. Now…here’s where I lost my shit. Because if you’ve been operating for this way FOR THREE DAYS!!!! wouldn’t you have every employee and manager in the floor to minimize the pain of your guests?!?!? Wouldn’t you send them an email and attempt mitigation with remote check in? Something?

after getting “checked in.” Well gosh….that’s terrible….but things happen. After another 30 minutes in the check in queue…some poor Hilton bastard gets tasked with handing out water to people in line and it was AT THIS POINT where I learned who’s has been an issue SINCE TUESDAY. The update started
