Kobayashi Issa (1763-1827) wrote many Haiku about winter, and he was kind of punk rock in general, e.g.:

My favorite is DJ Quik "Pitch in on a Party", where he's describing a party and gets to this line: "Boy, what else could go wrong? Somebody kick the extension cord out the -" and the whole song cuts out for like 5 seconds.
