September 5. Great flick, great example of building story, character, and world, all at the same time. We watch the characters manage problem-solving and learn about things WITH them instead of the plot being intentionally hidden from us.

Project UFO is a UFO mystery set in Poland in the early 80s, less about UFOs and science fiction, more about the media/political climate of the time. The plot works, for the most part, and the visuals and music/scoring are worth the look.
