The justices are torn over district judges being able to set nation-wide injunctions. Last I heard, the US Constitution applied nation-wide.
If the Administration stopped issuing constitution-breaking executive orders and making unwarranted arrests, this problem would go away.

The justices are torn over district judges being able to set nation-wide injunctions. Last I heard, the US Constitution applied nation-wide.
If the Administration stopped issuing constitution-breaking executive orders and making unwarranted arrests, this problem would go away.
