I do remember people in the 60s talking of going out for the night to do “gay bashing” in Edinburgh which was rife for “rent boys” then.

Football is live on TV now so you can choose whichever team you want to support. I grew up and supported my local team and they won 2 trophies but nothing since apart from promotion to a higher league. It’s all about choices as you get older.

Have you read his history on acting on child sex abuse. It’s appalling as he failed to act sufficiently on complaints made in Peru. Nothing will change on this issue as previous Popes have failed to eradicate child sexual abuse among priests.

He won’t eradicate sexual abuse among children just as other Popes have failed to do so. His history of failure to take adequate action in Peru have proven this issue. Popes are just a figurehead for believers to adore.

For me it’s a big scam with groups like OfGen and OfWat are set up to protect consumers when in actual fact they give companies freedom to increase rates and prices. We are paying for their services with our taxes!

I’m playing safe and taking all vaccinations as I’m 76 now. Had a few sleepless nights after Covid booster vaccines especially with Spikevax versions but I live on regardless!
