I love when she ducks under his arm to run to the study when they’re interrupted. It’s such a familiar gesture - it’s something you do when you’re truly comfortable with someone. It reminds me of their conversation at Aubrey Hall in S2 E4 - they are just so relaxed and ganging up on Eloise. 😂

Maybe he never approached her in this dress - this was Season 1 Ep 1 ball and we never actually see them interact there and then he’s hyper focused on Miss “No On Ever Truly Helped Me” Marina. But agreed all the other times he MUST have noticed!
