In addition to the larger systemic issues ... It is so baffling that the rent allowance in the last TWENTY YEARS has gone up by $55.
You can't make rent in Ontario on $390 a month

Yet this is the expectation for Ontario's welfare recipients, a poverty trap posing as a housing allowance
