It just keeps getting sent from different addresses. My first time receiving it was from a GSE address but I’ve subsequently gotten it from all different official university accounts. It seems like anyone with a current or alumni Penn email address just keeps getting it. It’s awful.

Have you had any update? I've been "awaiting decision" for three weeks now: such an anxious place to get stuck in the process.
