With the majority of the Fall from Space RPG, story and various endings in place now I'm currently working on action levels. Here's a preview of the new 'look ahead' camera which should help with some of the trickier jumps.

Working on a new enemy/platform for some Fall from Space action areas. Hit it on the underside take damage, destroy it and miss a potentially useful bouncy platform (tiles and sprites WIP).

3. The original over world map, inspired by Fallout 2, was a point and click effort. Except the player token could get lost. Switching to top down movement fixed it and ended up feeling a lot more seamless coming from top down areas.

Oh, you could jump in top down back then too

2. The first working SRPP tests (Short Range Personal Teleporter), quite resource heavy on the poor Game Boy but it felt fun to play with.

I started work on a Fall from Space prototype (having written a story & game outline), at the end of 2021.
