In the suburbs, I would say it’s safe that everyone’s gonna get at least 3 to 4 inches in the city with you guys being a couple degrees warmer? And the heat Island effect? No clue but it’s cold enough. It might actually be the same as the suburbs

The storm is gonna come from the west… it’s gonna depend on how north or south it is.
