A random Sunday in an odd numbered year when neither of these people can even stand for election or reelection for two cycles. Hundreds of dollars spent to advertise fealty to a couple of wannabe kings. MAGA are a constant menace to our very form of government.

As a kid in the 80s who would grow into a 90s metalhead, there were few cultural forces quite like Ozzy. He scared the bejesus out of the adults around me and fascinated the rest of us. He was metal musician and metal fan rolled into one who spoke to and it seemed *for* so many of us.

So I've been a registered Republican for 31 years. Where I live, if you want a voice in closed-primary local elections, you gotta be Republican.
But I can't do it anymore. This celebration of cruelty is evil and I just can't be connected to it anymore in any way.
