Going into league last night, I had a 170 average. Then they put us on cursed lane 13. There is a wall at board 40 and I throw at 35. So I had to use A Spy at like 15. Nathan and Aron came in clutch and we beat a really good Korean team!

I'm at the gym right now working on leg strength and speed. 😂 The stair master is wonderful!! I have a guy I coach that is one hand no thumb, but uses a 3 hole ball for the 10 pin. Works great for him!

You know what, play with it, it might work for you. The guy I was up against last night had no speed and and all hook from 40 board, while I'm trying to stay matched at speed and revs on 20. He had a funky dancing style. I'll try and find a video of it later Both styles worked on this pattern.
