To date, we have hosted 30+ seminars w/ speakers from Mexico, Guatemala, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay, Brazil, United States, Canada, featuring academics, frontline community members, practitioners, students, & more. We learn together and build connections.

Through weekly seminars, regular workshops, multilingual informal gatherings, and research, we integrate social and ecological perspectives, prioritize community engagement, and address the complex challenges of climate change, biodiversity loss, and social inequality.

Last year, I co-founded the Just Social Ecological Transitions in Latin America Program (JSET) at Colorado State University. JSET fosters a collaborative, transdisciplinary community of practice dedicated to understanding and facilitating just transformations in Latin America's diverse landscapes.
