Yeah, that would make sense, seems like a lot of work to achieve though! Getting orgs to accept CVs would be simpler - and tweak process to make safer? (not clear why they're less safe...)

Hm interesting, I'm not convinced though! Maybe there are safeguarding things to think through, but I can send my CV and covering letter off in 45m where as working out a new aplication form and typing it all in can take 3+ hrs..

Yeah agreed - or just accept CVs? Works so much better for freelancers
