It’s incentives tho. In every other major nation, there’s no incentive for the drug company to have potential user A bring up a drug to their Dr when the cost of use is so low.
In America, drugs are severely marked up & generics are limited. Additionally, the doctor doesn’t have selling incentive.

Or just be more topical. Trump and Republicans have cut (or proposed cutting) FAA funding for years which has led to a tremendous shortage of air traffic controllers. Maybe say that the blood is on their hands.
