Journalists all over the world have been subjected to targeted attacks and investigations by authoritarian regimes. If anyone knows how to hide tracks and protect privacy, it’s journalists.

This is the literal point. They’re trying to collapse US society - for two reasons.
1: Putin owns half of our politicians and wants to prove that democracy fails.
2: musk, thiel, and their ilk have this sick fantasy that they’ll rise from their bunkers to rule over a new feudal America.

She’s meant to be an example. If they can disappear a natural-born citizen who is also an immigration attorney in a blue state, they can take anyone they want.

She needs protection.

All the blue state governors (and probably some red state ones as well) need to band together, demand an end to this shit, and activate the national guard if necessary. The 2nd amendment isn’t (just) for people to have guns, it’s for the “well-regulated militia” (the national guard) to protect us.
