Take it day by day. This winter has been a rough one. March wil come and walking outside will be more enjoyable. Community can be found anywhere. Volunteer or find a club to join. Help tutor kids. Doing something for a stranger is uplifting, even if it is for a selfish reason like to feel again.

That's exactly why most church of Satan chapters. Nobody actually believes in that church, it's just an atheist/anti-christian meeting place.

It sounds like you have anxiety around not posting. I want you to know that it's ok to take a break and just live life without social media.

This seems counter intuitive, but have you started working out yet? My pain always gets worse when I'm stationary. A gym membership and some low to medium weight lifting has actually helped a little.

Is that the right question? Can you be a person that makes you happy, with hormone levels, that keep you mentally stable in the long run? You are the identity that you choose to be and you should have confidence in that.

Hypermobility/hEDS has some strong comorbidities with ADHD/autism. It can also lead to RH due to the lack of cartilage support. I've been able to dislocate my shoulder my whole life and I'm recently learning that it's also related to my ADHD.
