Sincere curiosity Mr. Hat. I see lots of people do this, but why do you feel it is important in the same statement to both support Mr. booker and show you don't always agree with him?

Correction on my artist statement. It's not just threatening their work but most importantly stealing from them. Which can also apply LLMs especially if it aggregates data from a site where people run ads.

I see most of the hate driven towards the uses of AI to further exploit people.
LLMs are being lauded as being able to replace human information workers
Generative AI is actively threatening artists and other creatives.
AI should be a tool to aid humans rather than replace them.

This is the "edutainment"paradox. So many creators share their curiosity with fans as a way to entertain both sides, but creators don't realize they are becoming a source. There is nothing wrong stating you are making a joke especially if it diminishes misinformation.

Any state or city projects to show this working in small scale? Still might not help with political will, but getting stuff off the page can always drive interest among the populace.

Agreed. Cuban is competent and socially thoughtful from what I can see, but the loose use of genius feels like idol worship sometimes.

Yeah at the end of the day I just want the most engaging option for my players. Might do some play testing with this with my core group.

As a player/GM I've always rolled dmg out of habit playing 5e. I'd be interested to try a scaled system like you mentioned. Rolling dmg does add excitement, but I think I've seen it break more hearts than not
