Skagit Transit has developed a Draft Long Range Transit Plan. This plan provides Skagit Transit with a framework for enhancing and expanding transit over the next decade to better serve existing riders and attract new riders. The plan can be found at www.skagittransit.org/lrtp/

The Olmsted Park project will finally be moving forward. The Council awarded contracts for the first 3 phases and all that is left after that is the play area that the City of Sedro-Woolley, Washington is working on plans for now.

Last week, I joined Mayor Johnson in Olympia to advocate for Sedro-Woolley. We’re seeking funding for a public safety building property, opposing harmful parking restrictions, and pushing for more homeownership opportunities. I also attended AWC’s City Action Days to collaborate with leaders.
