As someone who lost my son to cancer 2 years ago, I have to admit that I sometimes can’t watch all the way through. I think that I see too much of my own grief in your eyes.

Fred, with a monster for a president, you seem to have become consoler in chief by default. I have watched you on Velshi, listened to you on Stephanie Miller and watched you again on with Nicolle Wallace. I hope that by providing comfort, you are also comforted in your grief.

Fred, I’m so sorry for your loss. I know that the pain never goes away

Sorry Andy. Some things just cannot be made funny.

Fred, I’m so sorry for your loss. I know from personal experience that the intense level of grief never ends. May Jaime’s memory be for a blessing.

On a different subject, you can tell so much about someone’s character by a small act of kindness and empathy. Like choosing to quietly move to stand in front of your seat so that the person next to you feels less awkward. Very classy, Jo.

I will not watch it live. I won’t view clips afterwards and I don’t want to hear about whatever toxicity spews from his mouth.

Social media is a big reason misinformation has spread so easily. Now, it will only get worse

So, Republicans put up a little resistance and Dems fold. Very familiar story.

Happy Birthday. I know personally how after the loss of a child, no event is ever the same. I hope that you find peace.

Good god.

Agreed. News and opinion should be walled off from each other. But, the presence of a flawed MSNBC is still better than nothing as there are already very few liberal voices in the media. We can’t get our ideas out there if no one is listening.

I think that there should be a place for both straightforward news and opinion.

Before everyone starts dancing on MSNBC’s grave, remember that even with its flaws, it is one of the only progressive outlets in MSM.

Probably just the beginning of the lies to try to normalize Trump.

Hope it’s not a Sinclair owned station.

I don’t think that there’s much we can do to stop much of the horror that will be unleashed. I will be looking for ways to help those targeted by this regime.
