A good piece, thanks. Having grown up just off the A303 a few miles further south, I saw these ones all the time as well as those in Yeovil. They just began to blend into the background, so reading the history now is very interesting.

Ordinarily I would agree but had a great time at De Efteling in the Netherlands a couple of weeks back - 30C temperature, school hols but no ride felt too long a queue and the atmosphere was great. Possibly 10am-10pm opening helped to relax things more - not such a rush to fit all in.
