If you combined that w/ the fact that your facilities, and stadium need a significant upgrades, which isn’t happening anytime soon, your program won’t get back to being what it once was.

You need somebody that understands the culture, the valley, and that can lead under these tough circumstances.

Tim Skipper has earned the right to be the head coach of your football program. He has paid his dues, he did it all the right way and never burnt a bridge.

If you were to hire damn near anybody else, your program would become a steppingstone program.

Skip bled on the field as a Bulldog. He embodies what Fresno State athletics once was and needs to get back to. He is respected, honest, loyal, a great teacher, a fierce competitor, and anyone that has been around him will tell you that he’s more than just a great teammate, he is one hell of a man.
