There is always Vinland Saga and Orb: On the Movements of the Earth, though they may not be good as "background noise". Too bad Neflix don't show K-On anymore. If you don't mind Amazon Prime: Heidi: Girl of the Alps. You may also be interested in Mobile Suit Gundam on Crunchyroll.
