Anyone know what this is going up between the floating pier at SSHP and the Olympia?

On street parking in Center City is ridiculously cheap. I'd love to see it eliminated for about a dozen better uses but until that day it should be at least $10/hr, preferably $20. Improve our schools, reduce traffic all by making this convenience valued at the premium price it should be.

Better use of Center City street space than storage of personal property.
