Because West Liberty is a small, this won't get national attention. This young man was detained last week when he went to his required immigration check-in. He's been here since age 7, no criminal record, an athlete in high school. It's good to see local protesters showing up for him

Today's Democrats need to use those lines, remind voters what they have done for every American, the hard-fought progress which Trump, the GOP and SCOTUS are dismantling one by one. The West Wing remains my all-time favorite TV show. It was quality TV week after week.

Joe Biden dedicated decades of his life to public service. He wasn't perfect, no one is, but he was passionate about making life easier for ordinary people, for the poor. Biden doesn't deserve to have those two engage in being sliced and diced by two lightweights.

Add in the substantial and constant legal costs of defending DOGE's illegal actions, and I will be surprised if DOGE's savings aren't in negative territory.
