I swear under all that cheese and those Fritos there is chili. In total ended up putting 5 lbs of beef, 1 lb of Benton’s bacon, 1 lb of Jimmy Dean sausage. To say it’s hearty is the understatement of the year.

Shockingly, my first time ever at The Down Home. Drove up to see The Local Honeys. We figured out the first time I ever saw them, I think, was opening for Colter Wall at the Bijou Theatre. Which has been many, many years ago. The Local Honeys were great, as always to be expected.

Last Friday I headed down to the Fox Theatre in Atlanta to see Ludovico Eiunudi. I’ve been a massive fan for almost 20 years, found him when one of his songs was a Discovery Download on iTunes. The show was spectacular, everything I’d hoped it would be. Masterful, moving, and lively.
