While here in the US, our president and his band of ghouls are starving his citizens because the opposition party won’t allow them to take away their healthcare.

Like hell he does. He suggested executing American citizens without due process on live television, then issued a 40-second apology when there was backlash, so he and his employers could look like they might be human. If you think that is worthy of praise, you need to do some soul-searching.
