Well, it's almost 7 hours since we were originally supposed to take off. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that with a new plane, we'll get there!!

False Alarm. First, we couldn't take off due to weather in Denver. Then they had to change pilots. Now, the plane is having mechanical difficulties.... We're supposed to be getting a new plane in 20 minutes....

It's the suggestion(s) of the possible. Today it seems like, "of course." But, Sci fi writers have been making this real for more than a century.
