You don't realize how often you go in and out of your refrigerator and freezer until you can't. Ours is acting up, so we get to get set back again by having to get a new one. At least I think that's what's gonna be the case, even though he tried to clean the vents and coils really well.

Dropped the CPAP altogether for now, and slept on my larger wedge pillow with just a nose strip. Woke up tired due to broken sleep and later napped in between the millions of things I gotta do.

Turned the pressure back up on the CPAP to the standard 4 to 20, but I don't know how much longer I can go on living. This is ridiculous. People need sleep. I can't survive like this.

Looks like the first of the Honker's visitors for the snowbird season has arrived. I'm guessing one of his daughters. Why can't they ever take a year off? It isn't the company that's the problem. It's that the company uses his truck, and that means he uses the motorcycle more often.

Was able to sleep with the oral mask all night. Just wish I had slept longer.

Making another attempt tonight to sleep with the oral mask. I really don't have much choice. I can no longer get enough air through my nose. My nose is fine when I'm awake, but not when I'm sleeping.

If the honker was always like he has been since he came down here, he wouldn't be a problem. But I know it's only inevitable that the projects begin and the visitors arrive.
