I'm not saying that whatsoever. I'm saying the U.S. and U.S. companies like NPR shouldn't be the voice of that as we have our own atrocities we need to atone for. We have media like Fox news spreading hate. I said it before, but I think people are misinterpreting what I mean.

I was not downplaying atrocities. I stated that the U.S. was being a hypocrite.

I really think you and others have misinterpreted my post. I meant that the U.S. and U.S. companies should not demand apologies that the U.S. itself has not fully given. America has a long history of being douchebags, and I think we should own up to that. I'm not sure where you got the idea from.

NPR is a U.S. station.

NPR, an American news station from a country that used an atomic bomb against Japan and has Trump for President, is saying Japan never apologized. That is hypocritical. I was being sarcastic regarding that, not whatever you have imagined.

All you showed me was screenshots of news that doesn't align with your perspective, not actual links to documents. Besides, I never said Hunter Biden didn't deserve what he got. Though, I think the Trump children should go through the same scrutiny.

Where is DOGE on this? Oh, wait. They're job is corruption and waste.
August 15, 2025 at 1:42 PM
I also meant that the United States has no room to demand an apology when it has done worse things.
August 15, 2025 at 1:38 PM
All I'm is seeing that you dislike news that doesn't reflect your beliefs.
August 15, 2025 at 1:35 PM
I was being sarcastic.
August 15, 2025 at 1:33 PM
No. I was talking about hypocrisy.

Openly dissecting and explaining research combined with investigative journalism isn't deceiving the public. All you have to do is evaluate the sources. Fox news viewers don't know or want to do that.

Like Fox news?
August 15, 2025 at 2:54 AM
I think atomic bombs more than come over that faux pas. What we did was worse.

benefits the rich, ICE, and the wall. Removing legal residents and non-criminal undocumented people means that eventually, there will be a large shortage in agriculture, meat packing, and other industries most Americans are unwilling to do. Nobody wants to hire junkies or work for shit.

I don't think they deserve death either. Misery? Possibly since the people they voted for are enacting large bills with pork barrel to distract them from realizing the rich are getting richer. The only positive thing from the Big Ugly Bill was SALT deductions going up. The rest of the bill only

I understand that not everyone is the same, but the amount of conversations I have had with people refusing to be reasoned with or without reading comprehension skills is astounding.

Most Progressives do not. But, when you fuck around [after being repeatedly warned and after several attempts to be reasoned with], you find out.

As a blue dot in a red county of a blue state, it's definitely hard. They gerrymandered my region 25 yrs ago. It's also frustrating that the very same people claiming to be Christian are spouting out unChristian stuff.
