How does not being able to use a toilet unassisted, or play baseball, or write a poem, or pay taxes make any person less worthy of love, acceptance and a place in this world?

On Sunday I fly to Newcastle ready for the Autism In Mind 25th Birthday Celebration at the Sunderland Stadium of Light, where I am a guest speaker. I will be joined on stage by Dr Luke Beardon and Kieran Rose The Autistic Advocate ….. not great for my imposter syndrome!

I had my first child at 25, my 2nd at 28… I now have a teen and pre teen.
In the past 5ish years I’ve experienced peri/menopause, PMDD, burnout recovery & a journey of re-wilding…..
