Alberta’s first measles death of this outbreak - only the 2nd in Canada.

This loss shows why public health must be prioritized. Get vaccinated, protect your loved ones, and demand leadership that takes this seriously.

Grateful to join passionate Albertans at the No to Coal Hall Party - music, community, and a shared commitment to protecting our headwaters.

The fight isn’t over, but nights like this remind us we’re in it together.

Three byelections. One clear choice.

Edmonton-Strathcona, Edmonton-Ellerslie, and Olds-Didsbury-Three Hills head to the polls on June 23. These are real opportunities to send a message and to send more strong voices to the Legislature.

Let’s get to work, Alberta 🧡

This past weekend, I had the pleasure of attending the incredible student production of Mamma Mia at Harry Ainlay High School right here in my constituency. The talent, dedication, and energy from these young performers was truly inspiring - They are our future! 🎭

Yesterday at the Legislature, First Nations from across the province stood united with one message: Respect our treaties. Kill Bill 54.

As the spring session wraps up, I’m incredibly proud of the work our Alberta NDP team put in every single day.

Despite the UCP’s reckless decisions, we showed up to fight for Albertans and push for a province that works for everyone.

We’re ready for what’s next.

Today is Red Dress Day.

As an Indigenous woman, this day is deeply personal. We carry the stories of our sisters, our aunties, our daughters — too many taken, too many still missing.

Red Dress Day is a day of remembrance. But it must also be a call to action.

I said it in the Legislature, and I’ll say it again: Alberta belongs in Canada. Most Albertans aren’t calling for separation - they’re calling for stability, honesty, and real leadership.

Every vote counts.
Show up. Vote. Be counted.

Measles cases are rising in Alberta.

This virus spreads easily — and young children are especially at risk.

Vaccines are safe, effective, and one of the best ways to protect our kids, Elders, and vulnerable community members from serious illness.

Our Rocky Mountains are more than just a view - they’re a vital part of life in Alberta.

But behind closed doors, decisions are putting them at risk.

It’s time to choose protection over profit.

Alberta must be ready to face the challenges ahead.

President Trump’s tariff announcement will have real impacts on workers, businesses, and entire industries. As @naheednenshi.bsky.social said, now is not the time to celebrate, but to rededicate our efforts.

The UCP has cut support for vulnerable kids. Again.

Caregivers in the Child and Youth Support Program (CYSP) - who provide essential care - will lose financial and medical aid.

This is unacceptable. Our children and CYSP caregivers deserve better.
