No don't go permanently Tel! I hope this is part of negotiation tactics & he doesn't leave for good.
Tho tbf, Tel loved Bayern & spent years showing this by working hard & patiently awaiting his chance. But Tuchel & Kompany didn't care & shunned him so he might be just too fed up now to stay anymore

It seems Kompany wants mostly players who are finished products, in/close their prime & experienced. He's hardly given chances Tel, Ari, Nestory bc he feels pressure to win trophies & doesn't have time to develop youths. I'd prefer that we keep Tel, but I won't complain if we get Nkunku & win titles
