Absolutely not!! I notice that you’ve said this same message to rather LOT of people, it’s no wonder you have no followers.

That is a coincidence indeed.

It’s interesting how things change in such a short time. I’m now using Diffractive Ethnography- leaning heavily into Agential Realism, post-qual/ feminist new materialism /post humanism. The non-linear “structure” works really well with autistic / neurodivergent ways of thinking - this is conceptual

Autistic people deserve respect, support, and celebration. We urge our colleagues to reject fear-based narratives and join us in affirming the value and humanity of every neurodivergent person.

Our profession must stand firmly against misinformation and stigma. We must advocate for neurodiversity-affirming practice and challenge narratives that pathologise difference.

As neurodivergent professionals, we feel directly oppressed and endangered by this vilification.

We call on the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and all speech and language therapists to speak out. Silence is not neutrality—it is complicity.

We are deeply concerned by the resurgence of eugenic ideologies in political discourse. The suggestion that autism should be feared or prevented echoes historical attempts to erase neurodivergent lives.

This rhetoric is a form of discrimination that threatens the safety, dignity, and rights of neurodivergent individuals and their families.

Autism is not a tragedy, a disaster, or a burden to society. Framing it as such perpetuates ableist narratives that dehumanise autistic people and reinforce public blaming and shaming.

Don't be fooled by the title! Agential Realism uncovers the stories we don't usually hear... the ones that disrupt what we (don't) know about good quality research. If you like 'outside-the-box' thinking, then this might just blow everything you thought you knew about research.
