Finally finished the new season of Pantheon on Netflix and damn. Loved the entire show, would definitely recommend it to sci-fi fans.

This is what I feel like when I drive around in my 6yo Tesla. My mother even texted me a few weeks ago to ask if I was “still driving [my] Nazi-mobile”. 😬 (Since I can’t afford a new EV on my teacher salary, yes. 🫤 I will own it until it falls apart.)

I started transitioning in my 40s! I am just sorry it took me this long to realize I didn’t have to put up with the unsolicited pressure of unwanted societal expectations.

I don't typically go out of my way to watch goofy stuff, but levity is in short supply these days, and there is something about Resident Alien that really hits me square in the funnybone.
I must be their target audience, because I laugh WAY too much watching that show. (It's a good PM pick-me-up.)

I had SUPER low expectations for Oblivion w/ Tom Cruise (2013) but it turned out to be a fun little thing that had me digging through Reddit for some Q&A afterward.

Mythic Quest has been pretty amusing.
"Uh, hey, guys, fellas... and Michelle."
That was basically what the first 10-15 years of game dev life was like for me (although this programmer pit has actual desks; I think we were using old loose doors propped up on sawhorses at my very first studio).

I saw a bathroom like that once in Japan at a restaurant named Seiryumon in Shinjuku.
The ladies' was equally as terrifying. I'm so glad someone documented these. 😆
(The "hell" part of the actual restaurant was kind of cool though. Vaguely gothy.)

Fridges only stay cool for about 4 hours. (Freezers can last up to 48 if they’re full and remain closed.)
