Potatoes deserve their own moment.

Birthday feast! Gougeres with creme fraiche and smoked salmon, fondant potatoes, individual beef wellingtons, lemon garlic broccolini, and vanilla cake with coffee soak and mascarpone cream. Yes it's fancy, yes I cooked it all for my own birthday, yes I had a good time doing it!

Gochujang butter soba noodles with spinach, fried egg, and furikake. I think this is my new go-to lunch.

Caught up on Andor and saw these guys. I really want to know if this was done in post or if actual dogs had ET masks and wigs on.
