The 'Discharge Summary' is a wild ride, I find. Sorry to hear your mum had a heart attack, good that she is doing well. I've coped by (luckily?) being able to uproot myself to stay in my parents home to care for them. Sometimes it feels a privilege to spend time with them, other times it's hard.

Ronja the Robbers Daughter is lovely. With subtitles for maximum charm. Very calming.
