And now we’ve released our practical guide for circular procurement here! #SustMemeCE #circulareconomy gbca-web.s3.amazonaws.com/media/docume...

Which builds on our discussion paper where we realised that we needed to get people to stop thinking recycling when thinking circular. The two ain’t the same, and while there’s no such think as true circularity, we can try and get close :)

I now realise I have shared too many resources :)

Didn’t even get to the circular economy ones, like the below:

Our nature roadmap is on its way, and here is our consultation paper outlining what we think the built environment needs to reckon with.

Five years later we did a review of the topic again, this time in a world that really thought of nature as critical, with TNFD and the Kunming-Montreal Buodoversity Protocol shaping up. This report made us decide to develop a Nature Roadmap.

Another batch, this time on nature. Two resources, with the first a review on what we needed to do to make the built environment more nature-friendly and biodiverse as we thought nature would become an issue of investable concern.

And more recently we expanded on social issues by releasing an incredible guide on what it means to create and measure social value

A few more resources that we’ve put out.

When we redeveloped Green Star, we wanted to move away from a narrow view of resilience to one that encompassed community and social resilience, so we put out a nice primer on why we did what we did :)

Very excited to be consulting on Green Star Futouts, the first rating tool in our system to put a circular economy as our key driver. Look forward to hearing what people think.

Turns out all this electrification brings in some challenges, so we released a paper on grid-interactive buildings!

And an electrification guide for precincts.

And for existing buildings too!! Cause those are harder to electrify, we needed a specific guide for them.

I’m gonna list resources to get myself introduced to Bluesky :)

1) A practical guide to upfront carbon reductions, helps you understand what you need to do to get started on what is likely to be the largest source of building emissions for new buildings.

I was very excited to see this report on sufficiency come out during the COP madness, and even more surprised to see @lloydalter.bsky.social be quoted pretty much right upfront! (Get it? I’ll here all day). Good recommendations. Thinking about to make these reality.

Extremely proud to have launched our second report with USGBC, BRE, Alliance-HQE, and Singapore GBC. Our new call to action aims to highlight the need to have better sustainable finance systems to scale the decarbonisation and adaptation of the built environment
