The DOJ just dropped money laundering charges against the Sheriff in Lee County, FL. Seems like they are reviewing cases around the country and dropping them where they see fit.

I knew a guy who worked on a window project at the WH years ago. The bids took months, each tiny detail was excruciatingly strict, and security background checks for every worker took even longer.
