This breaks my heart.
Last month, Jose Franco Caraballo Tiapa, a Venezuelan migrant who was seeking asylum in the US, showed up to his routine check-in with ICE in Dallas, when authorities detained him. His wife believes he’s one of the hundreds of Venezuelan men who were sent to El Salvador under the Alien Enemies Act.
