For some reason, I thought the first post was a follow-up to the second one.
Two consecutive posts from my timeline feed. The second post is showing a picture of two animals in front of a fence, with the text "Two Tanuki skulking about behind the house . . .". The first post, which I mistook for a follow-up while scrolling, is displaying the text "I think I made a terrible/kick ass mistake" with a picture of a large Marshall guitar amplifier.

I sure do remember that. Around the turn of the century I made a small, silly (and, in retrospect, quite immature) game inspired by it named TamaGrappa. It was published by The Games Machine around 2003, in their Talent Zone section.
