Personal note: I did see this coming or rather I have always believed Trump to be everything that he has shown himself to be. Since he announced his original candidacy, I have never been surprised but instead have been frustrated to have been proven right time and again.

A trade imbalance does not, imo, indicate malicious policies from another country.

Trump lied on the campaign trail. The factories left decades ago because corporations can't be competitive paying US labor rates for manufacturing. So yeah 100% if we get factories they'll be filled with robots. A return to US manufacturing was an empty promise and he freaking knew it.

You've hit the nail on the head! Those very things were also the things that made her an option for a wider slice of the electorate. Elections are won by the person who can capture as much OF THE MIDDLE and we wont win an election again until we (voters AND party) own that fact and ACT ON IT.

I am also fighting for the same. Yesterday was completely beyond the pale. It's not a long game, it's not seeking peace. POTUS has reduced himself to a servile mouthpiece for Putin. He has made the organs of the US state, OUR STATE, subservient to a foreign power.

Agreed, I am also very inspired by the tools and this new way of working. I'm seeing how there could be shift to mainly planning, orchestration and review. I also get the backlash as well. I don't completely disagree with it, but trying to move forward and stay relevant
