In the 1970's President Carter promoted policies helping The Vietnamese refugees, not popular with the Americans at the time, and cost him his presidency. He knew it, but just did what he believed good for others. I translated words from the Vietnamese Newspaper.

In the 1970's President Carter promoted policies helping The Vietnamese refugees, not popular with the Americans at the time, and cost him his presidency. He knew it, but just did what he believed good for others. I translated words from the Vietnamese Newspaper.
