Awesome selection! I've read or heard of some of these, but a few are totally new to me. I loved the premise of "This Be Book Bad Translation, Video Games!" 😂😂😂

Discipline is key! Once you get into the flow of writing, especially when it’s a topic you’re into, it’s just so enjoyable

The idea is to learn a little more about games every day and build bridges with others in the field—players, devs, journalists, researchers, and so on. Thanks, Sean! I’ll let you know as soon as I get started. Really appreciate the encouragement!

I've already written a few drafts and came up with a bunch of topics to cover, but I’m still trying to figure out how to fit this hobby into my daily routine in a way that I can stick with it regularly. I really enjoy writing in general and talking about games, so it'll be a pleasure.

The process often ends up being as rewarding (or even more) than the final result, right? Do you teach anything related to games academically?

I've been thinking about getting into writing about games too (in Portuguese), and your work’s been a huge influence, especially your philosophy of "approach games as an exploration rather than an evaluation." 100% this

A Lynchian point-and-click adventure with a unique and beautiful art style, and a creative way to interact with the world by collecting and using words instead of objects. The tone is very dreamlike and surreal.

A slow-paced journey with an intriguing narrative, atmospheric music, a hauntingly gorgeous hand-drawn art style, and a story that pays off in the end. A great point-and-click adventure that deserved more love and recognition.
